Eco-Build completed the design and construction of Bio-latrines in Mukuru and Korokocho, Nairobi. Other community projects include libraries, hostels, ablution facilities, for which Eco-Build does design, fundraised and implementation in various parts of the country.

Gandhi Wing (2001): Renovations of the University of Nairobi’s main administration block – the Gandhi Wing, through the Faculty Projects Office.

Gertrude Gardens Children Hospital (1998-99):Development of the Master Plan for the biggest Paediatrics Hospital in East and Central Africa (1998 – 99) with Architect James Pye.

RWIGASS, Kigali, Rwanda (2000 – 2001). Design for the biggest cigarette factory in Kigali, Rwanda, in collaboration with Eng. Peter Wambura (former Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Works, Kenya) and Eng. Martin Owiti (former Production Director, BAT, Kenya Ltd).

Design and supervision of construction of six low-cost, energy efficient, experimental houses for Institute of Energy Research, University of the Witwatersrand, showcased in the World Summit on Sustainable Development (2002).
