These apartments in Nakuru, Kenya, celebrate the local environment, with generous outdoor spaces, perforated buildings which not only allow for air circulation, but also for views, adequate open spaces and green spaces both on the ground at the roof level. Three types of open spaces have been provided. Spaces on the ground level, complete with children play areas, adult recreational areas, a club house and a swimming pool.
All apartments have large glazed lounge and dining areas, with large balconies opening out to the public area, good for surveillance of children during their play time and also for social interaction.
